PRESIDENT/FOUNDER: NIKITA SINGH
Nikita is the President and Founder of Expert Plus Employment Ltd. Nikita has been in staffing industry since 2012 and she has pursued her dreams of opening her own company EPE with the commitment to provide personal, transparent, caring top notch service to client companies and people looking for work. She goes above and beyond to help others in need and really puts herself in their shoes.
Nikita, who is an animal lover and has a cute puppy named Romeo who she adores, and she is a very kind person to heart. She believes in equity and finds different ways to grow business through innovation. Born in India, moved to Canada at a very young age, is a Canadian entrepreneur. Nikita is a customer service professional with many years of experience and diligently analysis today’s market and opportunities in order to align EPE with strong, solid companies, with one goal of creating long term strategic relationships. Nikita is a true team leader with a positive flare that allows her team to thrive, ensuring everyone they speak with can walk away with a foundation for a strong relationship. Whether it be associates or clients, everyone will feel a part of the EPE family.
PRESIDENT/CO-FOUNDER: HARGEET GILL
Hargeet is the President and Co-Founder of Expert Plus Employment Ltd. Hargeet has been in staffing Industry since 2019 and has loved working in this field. Her background has been Law prior and she was a Lawyer back home in India, Punjab. She finished her studies in India and migrated with her family to Canada for a better future for her family and kid. Hargeet has a lovely Toddler who is EPE’s baby princess.
Hargeet is a thought-leader at EPE in the areas of client service, staffing & Recruitment. She is the Pillar to our staffing Team to help, grow and nurturing with love and support. In her role as Communications Director, with a specialty in staff training and development, as well as marketing, Hargeet Gill is continually searching for new and exciting ways to enrich learning and career development goals of the staff at EPE.
She and her teams are very passionate about their mission to match the most qualified candidate to their client’s employment needs. They achieve this through building sincere relationships with their employees and taking the time to listen and understand their client’s business requirements.
